We want you to feel empowered and confident in your Honey Birdette pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene seals intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, certain intimate items and hosiery cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and include all original packaging and luxury hangtags.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
